DEPRESSION SURVIVAL OBJECTS
These intimate objects are tools to acknowledge and endure depression by allowing the user to engage in the experience. These objects help to replace shame with empowerment and acceptance, while also encouraging the user to find self-coping rituals.
White Noise Conch: breaks the internal dialogue to encourage self-reflection and coaxing. Aims to evoke clarity, comfort and rest.
Cry Mask: allows user to focus on the present experience and disengage with external environment to cry.
