After making my first loaf of french bread last week, I don’t think I can go back to buying bread anymore. Not only do I enjoy how cheap it is to make your own bread (I am going though my own recession right now), fresh bread is delicious. The best best best part is that the bread bakery smell lingers for two days. Two days!
Made these loaves of Potato Rosemary Bread the other night. I forgot to halve the amount of biga (a pre-fermentation used in italian breads), and that’s why I will be stocked up for a bit.
